Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Clerical and Administrative Assistant for the Center for Psychological Services at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP).

Key duties:

Performs evening front desk work at the Piscataway school to support GSAPP.

Position Status

Hours Per Week: 19.5

Daily Work Shift

Work Arrangement:
Fully on-site.

FLSA:
Nonexempt

Position Salary: $15.00 per hour

Payroll Designation:
People Soft

Terms of Appointment:
Staff – 12 month

Qualifications

Minimum

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent, and/or up to 4 years of relevant office, clerical and administrative, bookkeeping, library assistant, or related experience.

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute the experience requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills, good organizational skills to manage the database and scheduling.
