We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Temporary Office Administrator (up to 20 hours per week) to support operations at our Princeton, NJ office. This hybrid role requires an onsite presence two days per week. This individual will provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and employee support.
This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees, managing front desk coverage, phone lines, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate visitor access, badging, meeting logistics, conference room readiness, catering, and onsite meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, shipments, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies, pantry inventory, and maintain a professional, organized office environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for building management and vendors, coordinating maintenance requests, facility repairs, and office-related services.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, invoice processing, office expenses, company events, employee meetings, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience supporting growing or scaling organizations preferred.
