General Description
The Administrative I position provides front desk and general administrative support at an assigned practice location. This entry-level position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting clients and providers, maintaining accurate schedules and records, and completing daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Greet clients, visitors, and providers professionally and courteously.
- Complete client check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct messages appropriately.
- Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate appointment statuses within the Electronic Health Record.
- Verify that required client documents and forms are complete.
- Monitor assigned email accounts and respond or route messages appropriately.
- Scan, upload, and organize documents within the client record.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Notify leadership of client concerns, safety issues, or workflow barriers.
- Assist providers and other administrative employees as needed.
- Participate in required meetings, supervision, and training.
- Additional Duties
- Assist other Administrative team members as needed to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in departmental projects and workflow improvements.
- Support company initiatives and operational changes as assigned.
- As the department continues to grow, additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Medical or behavioral healthcare experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Electronic Health Record systems preferred.
Monday through Thursday 4PM - 9:30PM
Friday 11AM - 5PM
