Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Mail Services Associate for an onsite contract opportunity in Princeton, NJ. This role supports daily mailroom, document services, print, copy, scanning, and filing operations within a professional education environment. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and working in a steady Monday-Friday schedule. The Mail Services Associate will be part of a service-focused team that supports internal departments with accurate, timely, and confidential mail and document handling.

- Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and internal deliveries accurately and on schedule.
- Scan, copy, organize, and file documents while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
- Provide print, copy, and document production support based on department and client specifications.
- Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and internal departments to ensure responsive service.
- Assist with special projects, backup coverage, and general mailroom or office support needs.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow established procedures for handling sensitive information.
- Pay rate: $17.50 to $17.75 per hour.

Onsite in Princeton, NJ.
- Support daily mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and tracking mail and packages.
- Perform document scanning, copying, organizing, filing, and print production support.
- Provide professional customer service to internal departments and client contacts.
- Complete assigned work accurately while following client specifications and confidentiality standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to learn new processes, office equipment, and document service procedures quickly.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable for qualified entry-level candidates.
- Experience with mail handling, shipping, receiving, or general office support.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience using office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and mailroom tools.
- Previous experience in an education, university, administrative, or document services environment.
