Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Mercer County Metro Area

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. The starting compensation is $17 per hour based on a 40‑hour workweek, with potential yearly merit increases based on performance. The position is located at one of our Mercer County Metro locations.

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place valuable items in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels, add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed, including transportation to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exterior branch locations.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not provisional or probationary.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must live in Mercer County, NJ.
