Automotive Service Advisor BMW of Southampton Southampton, NY Compensation Range : $77K-$88K annually BMW of Southampton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a professional and friendly manner

Write up repair orders accurately and clearly

Communicate recommended services and maintenance needs

Act as liaison between customers and the service technicians

Provide updates on vehicle status and ensure timely follow-up Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with BMW standards

Qualifications

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Valid driver’s license
