Innovation Technology Specialist

• Participate in international standardization activities such as the formulation and revision of standards, represent Union Pay in EMVCo working groups, including online payment, Tokenization, electric vehicle payment, and various chip card testing and certification working groups.
• Monitor developments in regulatory and regional payment standard organizations, and engage in industry standard collaborations.
• Conduct internal promotion and technical communication of the international standards involved.
• Assist local branches in implementing standards and product rollouts in their regions, providing operational support.

• Education and Major:
  Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Computer Science or other science-related fields.
• Work Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the finance and payment industry. Prior experience working with international standard organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge and
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in the international payment industry and expertise in standardization activities. Strong multi-project management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects and drive desired outcomes.
• Personal Attributes:
  Strong professional ethics and dedication, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Language Requirements:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Additional Preferences:
• Prior work experience in the United States or Europe is preferred.
• Experience in payment industry testing and certification or online payment products is preferred.
