Director, HCP Marketing Rare Renal Launch Lead

Qualifications Required
* 10-12 years of commercial experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in HCP marketing, new product launches, sales, access, and market analysis.
* Prior experience in rare disease or kidney disease commercialization
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and forecasting business performance.
* Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication, presentation, and business partnering abilities.
* Strategic agility with the ability to analyze complex business issues, adapt to market dynamics, and establish appropriate objectives.
* MBA or relevant graduate/post-graduate degree.
* Up to 30% travel required based on business needs.

Preferred
* Previous experience managing direct reports.
* Successful track record of launching brands or indications.
* Experience in highly competitive therapeutic areas.
