Senior Demand Planning Analyst

The Senior Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain coordination for Nuclear, CT Colonography, and Accessory Medical Device products. This role leads cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to optimize inventory levels, ensure product availability, and minimize excess carrying costs. The position analyzes sales and distribution data to drive forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and high customer service levels.

• Lead weekly Market Coverage Review and monthly Consensus Demand Review processes.
• Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers to develop accurate forecasts.
• Partner with Marketing and Finance to align and finalize forecast adjustments.
• Maintain forecast accuracy, order fill rate, and on-time/in-full (OTIF) performance metrics.
• Conduct critical supply assessments and communicate inventory risks, root causes, and replenishment timelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain stocking requirements.
• Create requisitions and oversee purchase orders in SAP.
• Support product lifecycle events, including launches and discontinuations.
• Lead internal communications related to inventory status and supply constraints.
• Develop presentations and ROI analyses to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams representing the supply chain function.
• Contribute to operational efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain functions.
• 1–3 years of demand planning/forecasting software experience (e.g., SO99+).
• 2–3 years of SAP SD experience preferred.
