Head of Portfolio Value Creation & Strategic Capital

A diversified private equity firm is looking for a builder, problem-solver, and force multiplier to work directly with the CEO to unlock value across a wide portfolio of businesses — often in situations where the solution isn’t obvious and the path forward isn’t linear. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, creates clarity where none exists, and can move from insight to execution without waiting for perfect information.

This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook. It’s for someone who writes one when the situation demands it.

• MBA strongly preferred.
• At least five years in a heavy deal making environment – M&A in private equity, in-house corp dev or value creation role across a portfolio.
• Excellent track record of driving revenue generating business development.
• Preference given to candidates with turnaround experience or unlocking value from a distressed asset in an operating or oversight role.
