Position: Marketing and Sales Director
Location: Brandywine Living at Princeton
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $85,000 - $86,000 + Commission
Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job OverviewWorks closely with the Executive Director in the development and execution of the marketing plan, ensuring to meet or exceed the sales budget and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct phone and direct calls in accordance with the established marketing plan.
- Manage all move‑ins/move‑outs to achieve maximum revenue performance for the community.
- Actively maintain a meaningful wait list.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans that will result in meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Conduct lead generation activities to ensure adequate leads are produced to meet performance expectations.
- Manage and maintain a working knowledge of the lead tracking and marketing software programs and systems.
- Assist in the success of internal sales programs such as the resident/family referral and associate referral programs.
- Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competitors.
- Maintain and communicate current product information to the team members (pricing, program changes, promotional programs).
- Maintain effective relationships with residents and their families; attend resident functions as appropriate.
- Participate in and attend all in‑service training as scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
- Require lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university preferred, or one to two years related experience and/or training.
- Experience working with the elderly population.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to assisted living.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
