The Associate Director, Global Commercial & Pipeline Strategy – Radiopharmaceutical Therapy will be a key member of the Rayze Commercial team and will drive the strategic direction and commercial success of the RPT portfolio. The role will focus on maximizing asset value, shaping franchise growth, and ensuring strategic alignment across functions and geographies. It will be based in Princeton, New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Support launch readiness and lifecycle management for pipeline and in‑market assets, including scenario planning and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy & Operations, Market Foresight, and Project Management teams to ensure operational excellence and cross‑tumor alignment.
- Prepare and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Evaluate the commercial potential of our pipeline assets and new targets, including target product profiles, market opportunity, access landscape, and revenue forecasts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and potential customers to gather insights and support product launch and development.
- Monitor and report on commercialization progress, including key performance indicators and market feedback, to inform strategic adjustments.
- Apply AI to improve team execution and decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA, PhD, PharmD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in oncology commercial strategy, marketing, consulting, or related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
- Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including solid tumors and RPT.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Experience with asset launches, lifecycle management, and business development preferred.

Compensation OverviewPrinceton – NJ – US: $172,668 – $209,233 (base salary). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
