Associate Director, Consulting & Professional Services Major Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Serve as procurement project lead and primary point of contact for assigned consulting specialties across Tier 2 and 3 services.
• Partner with project leaders to understand scope, business strategy, and intended outcomes.
• Draft negotiation strategy and areas of opportunity; align with Agile Sourcing to execute strategy.
• Facilitate end-to-end governance by coordinating across Procurement, Finance, and LT (CEO-2) leadership.
• Develop project summaries and supporting documentation for executive approvals and enterprise reporting.
• Proactively identify/escalate risks, bottlenecks, or misalignments and recommend solutions that preserve speed and compliance.
• Provide external talent market insights (labor trends, rate benchmarking, supply/demand, emerging engagement models).
• Support monthly Consulting Leadership Team reporting with accuracy and alignment to governance requirements.
• Deliver clear, timely communications on status, risks, decisions, and required actions.

• B.S. in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or equivalent.
• 7+ years work experience with 5+ years in procurement.
• Expertise in stakeholder/data/category management, process redesign/continuous improvement, project management, and performance measurement.
• Deep expertise negotiating Consulting/Professional Services Agreements.
• Procurement/category/contract management, financial and market analysis, supplier analysis/management, tech utilization, strategic planning.
• Strong influencing, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to gather marketplace intelligence and communicate commercial impact.

• Apply PMO best practices/tools/templates for governance support.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline ways of working.

• Compensation range: $161,250–$195,391 (Princeton, NJ).
