• Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management, gap analysis, change management, testing, and release processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and user requirements.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning, release management, and feature prioritization.
• Prepare business analysis artifacts including BRDs, FRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, UML diagrams, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis, recommend solutions, and manage requirement changes through a structured change control process.
• Partner with Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Provide functional guidance, resolve requirement-related queries, review test cases, participate in functional/UAT testing, and support defect resolution.
• Maintain product documentation, release artifacts, UAT matrices, and project schedules.
• Review deliverables prepared by team members and mentor associates as needed.
• Support customer meetings, handle assigned support tickets, and assist in client onboarding activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership.

Full Time

• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in the Life Sciences or related discipline.
