Director, Channel Enablement and Specialty Pharmacy Distribution

Overview

Luye Pharma USA Ltd. is seeking an experienced Director, Trade & Specialty Pharmacy Distribution to lead all aspects of the US distribution network for Erzofri and future specialty pipeline products. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate and Business Development, this individual will serve as the primary owner of third-party logistics(“3PL”) management, wholesale distributor and specialty pharmacy(“SP”) relationships, and channel inventory oversight.

The Director will function as the critical bridge between Luye's US commercial organization and manufacturing, ensuring supply continuity and channel integrity.

• Select, contract, and manage the 3PL provider responsible for Erzofri product distribution
• Ensure 3PL compliance with Luye quality standards, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations, product returns, and inventory accuracy
• Manage oversee 3PL data
• Serve as primary point of contact for major wholesale distributors, including McKesson, Cardinal Health, and Cencora, secondary wholesalers, and distributors
• Lead wholesaler and distributor onboarding and maintenance
• Manage and monitor SP network performance across contracted specialty pharmacy partners
• Lead SP onboarding processes, provide contracting support in coordination with the Contracts Manager, and enforce governance standards
• Enforce SP data reporting obligations and ensure adherence to contractual service levels
• Maintain real-time channel inventory visibility across 3PL, wholesalers, and SP partners
• Develop and maintain inventory models to support demand forecasting and manufacturing planning
• Coordinate with Commercial Operation, Sales and Luye HQ on manufacturing run decisions and supply timing
• Identify and elevate stocking anomalies, potential shortages, or excess inventory situations
• Produce weekly and monthly distribution performance reports across all channels
• Track SP, wholesaler, and dsitributor performance against contractual benchmarks and service-level commitments
• Provide executive-level visibility into distribution network health, product flow, and channel economics
• Act as the operational bridge between Luye project management group and US commercial operations
• Coordinate with the Contracts Manager on all distributor and SP contract terms affecting distribution operations

• 7–10 years of pharmaceutical trade and/or distribution experience
• Demonstrated experience managing 3PL providers, wholesale distributors, and SP relationships for a specialty or injectable product
• Strong working knowledge of SP economics, chargeback mechanics, and channel contracting structures
• Experience with inventory modeling and supply/demand coordination with manufacturing
• Strong analytical capabilities including proficiency with channel data reporting platforms (IQVIA, SP data feeds)
• Comfortable operating as a US commercial-to-HQ liaison within a matrixed organizational structure
• Prior experience with CNS or long-acting injectable (LAI) products preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
