Noom is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager with a strong background in healthcare and at least five years of experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy. This role is critical to setting and driving key strategic initiatives, including identifying new product and market opportunities, evaluating strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities, and collecting competitive insights. You'll leverage your healthcare and strategy experience to create data-driven business cases, assess market-entry strategies, and support partnerships that align with Noom's mission.
Working closely with the Head of Strategy and cross-functional leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, you'll help shape the frameworks and roadmaps that guide Noom's next chapter of growth.
- You Will Partner with the Head of Strategy to create frameworks and roadmaps for new initiatives and refine long-term growth strategies.
- Support and influence corporate strategy and support critical projects for Noom’s consumer and enterprise business units.
- Conduct deep dives into potential new products, markets, and revenue streams.
- Build robust business cases for market entry, including build/buy/partner recommendations, with a data-driven approach to assess feasibility, ROI, and alignment with Noom’s vision.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and due diligence findings.
- Support corporate development activities, including sourcing, qualitative and quantitative analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, assess market position, product-market fit, and strategic alignment with Noom’s goals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate partnerships that could enhance Noom’s offerings and/or provide a competitive advantage—support integration planning with cross-functional teams.
- Track and analyze healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor moves to inform Noom’s strategy.
- Conduct SWOT analyses opportunity assessments, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams, among others, to ensure strategic alignment and support project execution.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and strategy documents and present them to senior leadership.

- You Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a corporate development role with a healthcare focus.
- Proven experience in market analysis, business case development, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant analysis tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
