Position Overview

Freyr is seeking an experienced Account Project Manager to manage multiple client engagements across Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and Regulatory IT/Consulting service lines within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong account management and project management capabilities, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional delivery teams while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, relationship management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, governance discussions, business reviews, and onsite engagements as required.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and support client retention, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs and align service delivery accordingly.
Project Management & Delivery Oversight
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across various regulatory service lines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and action trackers.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Support resource planning and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Technology, Delivery, and Consulting teams.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project teams and ensure accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, delivery, and business teams to support successful account execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Client Services, Consulting, or Client Engagement roles.
  • Experience with in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or Regulatory Consulting environments is preferred

  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and the Princeton, NJ office as required (approximately 25%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within Regulatory Consulting, Regulatory Operations, CRO, or outsourced services environments.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Prior experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device clients.
  • Exposure to Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Technology, RIM, Publishing, Labeling, or CMC service lines.
