Job Summary:

Dow Jones is a news and business information provider that delivers content to consumers and organizations. They are seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Due Diligence team, responsible for creating high-quality reports and ensuring they meet client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness

• Review and verify complex information from another language into English

• Validate information from multiple sources and ensure it is clear and concise

• Identify, communicate, and correct deviations of quality standards

• Communicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions and concerns

• Contribute to the creation, maintenance and testing of guidelines, data and tools that will support the team

• Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality

• Support training of future members of staff

• Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects

• Support R&C with translation services as and when required

Qualifications:

Required:

• Excellent English writing skills

• Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics

• Strong research skills, including online search tools

• An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity

Preferred:

• Previous experience in the field of Due Diligence

• Fluency in at least one of the following:
Portuguese, French, German, Hebrew, Dutch, Nordic languages, Russian, Arabic

• Specialist legal, business or financial knowledge
