SummaryThe Service Agreements Specialist is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of customer service contracts, including contract creation, review, processing, billing, renewals, and customer communication. This role works closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure accurate contract management, timely service activation, and excellent customer support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of customer service agreements and contracts.
- Draft, review, process, and maintain contract documentation accurately.
- Prepare service quotations, contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Support contract negotiations, including terms and conditions discussions with customers.
- Monitor expiring warranties and identify service contract renewal opportunities.
- Process and manage SAP contract submissions.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for contract-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Collect and verify customer information required for contract setup and activation.
- Manage contract billing, invoice generation, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Track contract status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support revenue growth through service agreement renewals and contract compliance.
- Provide backup support for Service Contract Sales Representatives.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, customer service, sales support, billing, or a related field.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Experience managing customer contracts and service agreements.
