Senior Director, Strategic Program Delivery, serving as a thought partner to PDS business leaders to drive strategy execution and develop program leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities- co-lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives from hypothesis framing to execution, manage dependencies, translate market signals into strategic insights, lead cross-functional teams with structured operating rhythms, structure ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks, and develop executive communications.
- MBA or advanced degree in science/business;
- 10+ years in pharma or life sciences with significant experience leading strategic initiatives at scale;
- strong influence and stakeholder management skills;
- deep understanding of global biopharmaceutical market dynamics;
- proven track record delivering value on complex projects;
- excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
