Withum is seeking a Cost Segregation Consultant for a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ (also Whippany, Red Bank, East Brunswick) to conduct on-site property inspections, analyze cost documentation, and prepare IRS-compliant takeoff schedules.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related engineering field, 2+ years of construction experience, knowledge of IRS rules on cost segregation, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
