Craft Developer; K–Social-Emotional Learning

Princeton, NJ (on-site, hybrid after Phase
1)

• Design printable, black-and-white craft activities aligned to SEL lessons
• Create two versions of each craft:
  Basic (print-only, no materials) and Physical (make and photograph every craft)
• Ensure activities are developmentally appropriate, engaging, classroom‑realistic
• Collaborate closely with curriculum, video, and production teams
• Work on-site during Phase 1; hybrid flexibility afterwards

• 5+ years designing crafts for children (K–5)
• Understanding of child development & fine motor progression
• Ability to design within constraints (materials, time, accessibility)
• Portfolio of child‑tested, hands‑on activities
• Comfortable working on-site in Princeton, NJ
• Bonus: SEL, education, art therapy, or classroom experience

• Canva (printables, guides, templates)
• Pinterest (craft inspiration & trends)
• Midjourney or DALL
