Customer Service Team Member

We are looking to add a Customer Service Team Member to our team! We are looking for a positive can do person who can provide a great customer experience to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to inquires from our customers by email, telephone and in person. You will then create quotes, work orders, and invoice customers using a CRM.

If you have experience with Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, or Acrobat or Photoshop, we encourage you to apply! If you have experience working for a printing or sign making company, we encourage you to apply!

• Responding to customers inquiries through e-mail, telephone, and in person
• Provide timely and accurate customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Create quotes, work orders, and invoices.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Provide product information to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with finishing printed products

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
