We are looking to add an additional member to our team, a Customer Service Representative, to serve as customer liaison for a portion of our Key Account Customers, such as Walmart, Target, CVS, etc.
We seek a master communicator: someone capable of friendly and efficient communication on the phone, in person, and through writing, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. This position is the bridge between our services and our customers, and plays an integral role in our continued success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Updating customers with job completion statuses via portal, email, and phone
- Heavy Phone Work;
Answering techs and customers phone calls and requests - Closing out work orders on customers portals
- Maintain the relationships with our major customers
- Ability to type while on the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
