Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a full‑time family medicine physician to join the Department of Family Medicine. The candidate will provide and manage direct patient care at outpatient clinical offices in Southern New Jersey, hold an academic title, and actively contribute to the training and education of medical students, interns, residents, and fellows. The position also offers opportunities for faculty development and research collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care at one or more outpatient clinical offices.
- Teach and mentor medical students, interns, residents, and fellows.
- Serve as a core faculty member of the Family Medicine Residency program in Sewell.
- Engage in collaborative research with faculty and residents.
- Participate in faculty development activities.
- Valid New Jersey Medical License.
- CDS and DEA.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Salary and BenefitsAnnual base salary range:
- Assistant Professor: $123,083 to $167,264
- Associate Professor: $146,089 to $198,535
Additional compensation is available for clinical faculty through supplemental funding. Eligible employees receive comprehensive health, dental, retirement benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement for undergraduate degrees for employee, spouse, and dependents. (Tuition reimbursement for spouse and dependents applies only to undergraduate degrees.)
Employment Details- All positions are contingent upon budget appropriations.

- The appointment is tenure‑eligible and may be granted upon successful completion of criteria listed in the Rowan‑Virtua SOM Faculty Bylaws.
- Faculty rank will be determined by the Faculty Affairs Committee.
