Program Facilitator (Part‑Time)
Position offers a part‑time opportunity at $30 per hour. Final date to receive applications 6‑30‑26.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of a Human Services student leadership team that serves local high‑school students.
- Coordinate recruitment of high‑school students, including interview, application and selection processes.
- Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings, including team‑building activities, training sessions, and workshop design.
- Attend Human Services Leadership Team and Prevention staff meetings as needed.
- Submit a monthly written update to the Executive Director detailing program activities and outcomes.
- Attend and participate in the summer Student Leadership Institute, including planning student training and transporting students to workshops at area schools.
- Attend evening and weekend events organized by the student leadership programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with teens.
- Master’s degree preferred.
