Job Overview
Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Princeton, NJ (possibility of NY office)

Focus: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, from planning to completion
Salary- $10000 annually
Lead civil engineering projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Prepare civil engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, design, and quality standards
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Licensing: PE license highly desirable
Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering, including:
Horizontal/vertical alignments
Roadway plans
Drainage/erosion control
Software
Skills:Bentley Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil3D
CAD and Bluebeam proficiency
Other
Skills:Project scheduling
Strong communication skills
Hands‑on senior civil engineering role with responsibility for full project lifecycle
Exposure to complex infrastructure and development projects
Emphasis on quality, collaboration, and innovation
A candidate for this position typically needs:
Strong technical engineering skills in civil design, roadway, and drainage systems
Experience in project management, budgeting, and coordination
Licensed or working toward a PE license
