We are seeking experienced sales professionals, business development leaders, and industry representatives to accelerate our growth across North America.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Electrical Distribution Equipment
- Switchgear
- Transformers
- Power Systems
- Utility Infrastructure
- Data Center Power Systems
Existing industry relationships and customer networks are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and expand regional distributor networks
- Identify and recruit qualified manufacturer representatives
- Build strategic channel partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with industrial, commercial, utility, and data center customers
- Promote BHPS products and solutions throughout assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support project opportunities from specification through execution
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer success
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
- Support the development of BHPS growth strategies
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in electrical equipment, power distribution, switch gear, transformers, industrial products, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to travel as required
- Existing relationships with electrical distributors, EPC contractors, consulting engineers, utilities, or end users are highly desirable
