Title:
Regional, Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Hybrid
Hybrid - 3 or 4 days in office / 1 or 2 days REMOTE
Location:
Morris County, NJ
Salary: $175K To $185K plus incentives
OverviewHybrid “Business Unit FP&A” opportunity. Seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis professional for a client in Morris County, NJ. The professional hired will cover the largest and most successful business unit of the company. 7+ years of related finance experience. MBA/CPA is a plus.
Responsibilities- Contribute expertise in monthly forecasts and the annual budget process.
- Support stakeholders achieve financial objections
- Perform financial management reporting and forecasting.
- Analyze, track, and report spend, including cost saving initiatives.
- Prepare overhead reports for month-end actuals and forecasts.
- Assist the commercial operations with regular reporting and analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on consolidated regional performance.
- Report to Senior Management on actuals and forecasts.
- Develop analytical approach to analyze financial performance, KPIs, etc
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Finance organization to develop forecasts and budgets, provide financial analysis during the close process and improve reporting by gaining a strong understanding of business performance.
- Streamline FP&A processes, implement value-added FP&A analysis, and drive leadership standards.
- Perform special projects as needed.
- BS in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of Finance experience.
- MBA/CPA a plus.
- FP&A experience at a business unit or region level is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet).
- Ability to identify the impact of changes in business operations on financials.
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills.
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
