Overview

Henderson Harbor Group was established in 2008 and we service our clients primarily in the New York Metro area, as well as nationally through our AAFA network (40 financial staffing affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada).

Located in Princeton, NJ, our client is a leader in the E-Commerce space and are looking for a CFO to join their team. As CFO, you will be the key partner to the President to develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy. This role will have responsibilities in all areas related to Financial Planning and Analysis, Reporting, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence and Treasury.

Compensation: up to $300K + B

• Partner with the President and business leaders to ensure accurate financial data and KPIs
• Collaborate with business leaders to evolve a revenue, expense and KPI dashboard
• Assess and adjust a KPI dashboard of key business metrics that help business leaders to track performance
• Partner with the President and Senior Leadership Team on strategy, reporting, and annual budget process
• Ensure appropriate business process and reporting is accurate; business intelligenc, pricing, forecasting, etc.
• Manage large team, provide performance feedback and goal-setting
• Conduct analysis of customer and operations data
• Partner with retail and wholesale business management

• 15+ years experience
• Experience with Tariffs and manufacturing in China
• Bachelors Degree in Finance ; MBA preferred
