We are looking to fill a full-time, hybrid position. The Operations/Client Service Associate role is an opportunity to assist in the retention of long-term quality clients through exceptionally proactive service. You are the first impression, client ambassador, and advisor Sherpa. What does that mean? We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. The advisor does the planning and should foster relationships, the Client Service Associate anticipates and implements the needs of our clients and advisors from an operational standpoint.
The Client Service Associate will support our Wealth Advisors to help ensure that Novi Wealth provides exceptional proactive client service and exceeds expectations. This position involves regular interaction with clients and the management of critical data sources to provide timely information for clients and advisors. This position does not require advisory knowledge but does require basic understanding of administrative office functions for an advisory firm.
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Share Point
- Strong knowledge of file structure and organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and transition between tasks effectively and maintain accuracy
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
Typical Responsibilities:
- Monitor and answer phones
- Schedule client meetings
- Scanning and filing
- Greet clients and make them feel comfortable
- Assist with client concierge items, birthday cards, gifts, and events
- Make sure CRM records are accurate and up to date
- Process new account applications and account transfers
- Preparation of other forms for client implementation
- Assist with transferring client assets to Novi
- Maintain an organized client folder in Share Point
- Assist clients with FAQ (portal password resets, statement requests, tax form requests)
- Assist with projects as needed
