Fund Administration Senior Associate
People who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders are invited to apply for this role. The Senior Associate will manage the day‑to‑day accounting and administration of multiple client‑sponsored investment funds.
Responsibilities- Validate and review all daily activity while maintaining required controls.
- Calculate and process fund activities such as support the production of NAV, SEC yields, distributions, corporate actions, and prepare proofs as needed.
- Support the review and validation of fund NAV data and distribute information to Shared Services and Client Operations teams.
- Research and resolve exceptions and issues; receive inquiries and communicate with clients when necessary.
- Define and ensure successful completion of ad‑hoc requests, escalating unresolved issues to management as required.
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with other teams as needed; keep appropriate records of daily and monthly activities.
- Perform daily or weekly reporting functions for the team’s activities; ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Keep up to date on broader internal and external business issues and apply knowledge across the team.
- Assist management in implementing new policies and procedures, and participate in projects.
- Assist with workflow management and technology enhancements, suggesting ways to streamline operations.
- Maintain knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes; support training of new hires as needed.
- Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report or elevate in accordance with corporate policy.
- Perform duties of an Associate and provide backup management support if required.
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a hedge fund accounting role.
- Complex allocation knowledge required; advanced understanding of fund‑level profit & loss characteristics and implications for investor allocations in complex fund structures.
- Experience with Advent Geneva and other front‑office trading platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment and troubleshoot complex fund accounting problems using analytical skills.

SalariesAnnual salary range: $58,240 – $83,200 (based on primary location; different location may vary).
