Job Description
We serve as financial advisors, providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals. The role involves triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Compliance with SAFE Act registration and related trainings is required. Failure to maintain registry may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
- Current Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66, with a plan to obtain 66 within 60 days).
- Three years of experience in financial services and/or sales with goal attainment, including at least one year in the investment industry.
- Depth and breadth of relationship management product and solutions knowledge.

- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication and confidence in client engagement.

- Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
- Proven ability to partner and promote lead generation.
- Experience balancing investment management, sales activities, and new client development.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree in business‑related field.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.

Pay and Benefits InformationPay range: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined by experience, education and skill set.
Formula incentive:
