This full-time, on-site Financial Services Professional role is based in Wall, NJ. In this role, you will meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance, and develop personalized financial strategies across insurance, investment, and retirement solutions. You will provide ongoing guidance and service, helping clients adjust plans as life circumstances and markets change. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and building a client base, conducting financial analyses, presenting recommendations, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
You will collaborate with internal partners, participate in training and professional development, and stay current with financial products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Financial Services to design and implement comprehensive client strategies.
- Knowledge of Finance and Retirement Planning to support long-term wealth accumulation and income solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Relevant education (e.g., degree in finance, business, economics or related field) and willingness to obtain applicable licenses and certifications (such as life and health insurance licenses, FINRA registrations, and advisory credentials as needed).
- Demonstrated client-focused mindset, ethical judgment, and ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office software and financial tools.
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required; commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is essential.
