The Corporate Finance IT EPM Team manages Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, covering Financial Reporting, Revenue, Corporate, Statutory, and Tax reporting, Chart of Accounts & Hierarchies Master Data management (EDMCS), Consolidations (FCCS), Reconciliations (ARCS), Finance Cubes development (EPBCS), and end‑to‑end financial close processes. The Lead role supports the organization in overseeing accounting period close and consolidation processes, ensuring SOX compliance and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities- Act as Administrator for Oracle EPM modules – FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and custom applications.
- Support financial professionals (Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Divisional Finance) in both domestic and international environments.
- Work with automation and agentic initiatives to improve processes.
- Participate in M&A/Divestitures, new projects, design reviews, solution workshops, quality assurance, and solution recommendations.
- Submit audit requests on time and maintain documentation of all processes.
- Ensure high accuracy, workload management, and meet deadlines while working independently and making sound escalation decisions.
- Learn new systems and processes as needed.
- Minimum 6 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree with financial knowledge.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS) and EPM Smart View.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact at all levels including executive management.
- Proactive issue resolution and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Independent work ethic with clear accountability and escalation judgment.
- Nice to know:
Oracle EPM EDMCS or EPCM modules, process automation tools, HFM, agile teams and processes.

Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range: $140,000 – $160,000 (geographically adjusted). Eligible for a base annual incentive plan. The role is also eligible for S&P Global’s standard benefits.
