We're looking for a Senior Analyst – Financial Risk Management to join a high-performing Corporate Treasury team within a global organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to foreign exchange hedging, investment portfolio management, treasury operations and financial risk strategy while working alongside experienced finance professionals.
The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Director of Financial Risk Management, you'll support key treasury activities including FX hedging, cash portfolio management, pension investments and financial risk analysis. You'll also collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Tax and Technology to improve treasury processes and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Support foreign exchange (FX) hedging programmes and risk management activities.
- Assist in managing a multi-billion-dollar investment portfolio and daily liquidity.
- Monitor pension and retirement investment performance.
- Analyse financial risk exposures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance treasury systems and processes.
- Support audits, SOX controls and financial reporting activities.
- Contribute to treasury projects across foreign exchange, interest rate and cash management.
You’ll be an analytical finance professional with an interest in treasury, financial risk and corporate finance.
You’ll ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Experience in Treasury, Financial Analysis, Audit or Corporate Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Hybrid working with at least 50% on-site in Princeton, NJ.
- Salary of $73,000 – $89,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities (where eligible).
