Essential Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise FCFbG reporting and forecasting, including FCFbG per share and all underlying drivers such as cash interest, cash taxes, capital expenditures, working capital, and share count.
  • Lead recurring and ad‑hoc reporting and forecasting processes, including monthly MAP reporting, quarterly forecasts, and the annual budget; deliver clear, actionable analysis and presentations for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Drive Finance 2030 initiatives, including streamlining forecasting processes, supporting EPM system implementations, and embedding AI into FP&A workflows.
  • Develop and mentor a high‑performing team, strengthening technical, financial, and leadership capabilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Enhance financial models to enable near real‑time scenario and sensitivity analysis, including capital allocation and growth investment scenarios.
  • Oversee reporting and forecasting of Growth investments, including growth capex and related debt financing, and forecast the enterprise balance sheet.
  • Support quarterly earnings and investor communications, including development of finance earnings materials, Reg G reporting related to FCFbG, and support for the 10Q, 10K, and press releases.
  • Partner closely with Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis to Senior Management.
  • Own FP&A — Accounting cash flow governance, including reconciliation of GAAP cash flow to management and Reg G views, and resolution of complex working capital, capex, and financing items.
  • Collaborate with Treasury on financing activities (debt issuance, share repurchases, ratings agency materials) and with Accounting and M&A to understand financial results and support financial due diligence.
