Bristol Myers Squibb Finance and Accounting Summer Internship-PAID

The Bristol Myers Squibb Finance and Accounting Summer Internship is open to upper-division undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in accounting or finance from an accredited institution. To be considered for this program, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.3 and possess strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills. Additionally, you should be curious about AI and automation tools, with exposure to or experience using tools such as Claude and Claude Cowork (Anthropic), Power BI, and Power Automate.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to broad range of areas, including controllership, technical accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, global internal audit, and commercial finance. You will take on real-world assignments and deliver a capstone presentation to finance leadership at the end of the summer. Interns receive mentorship from finance leaders, participate in professional development workshops, and build a strong network across the organization.

Top-performing interns will be strongly considered for full-time opportunities in the Finance and Accounting Leadership Accelerator (FALA) upon graduation. This internship is offered in Princeton, NJ, during the summer.
