Make a Meaningful Impact With Your Financial Planning Career
Are you passionate about using your financial planning expertise to help others live more fulfilling lives without being pressured to “sell” products? At Novi Wealth Partners
, we believe in delivering life-changing advice through deep relationships and client-centered planning—not pushing products or chasing trends.
As a fee-only, independent wealth management firm
, we place integrity, education, and empathy at the heart of our client work. We are seeking a Senior Associate Wealth Advisor with a strong foundation in financial planning. Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is looking for a long-term career path.
Client-first culture: We don't sell products—we deliver trusted advice. Every recommendation starts with understanding the client's goals, values, circumstances, and definition of success.
Culture matters: We are looking for someone who genuinely shares our values.
Technical expertise is important, but character, humility, curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people are equally important to us. The right person will be someone who naturally puts clients first, treats others with respect, takes ownership, and contributes positively to the team.
Collaborative team: Work alongside experienced advisors who support one another and believe that the best outcomes come from working together.
Meaningful client relationships: This is not a transactional sales role. You'll have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with clients and help them navigate important financial decisions throughout their lives.
Path to growth: We actively promote from within. Our Associate Advisors are supported and encouraged to grow into Wealth Advisors.
