Join Kaleidoscope ABA as a Center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will design client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized, and implemented with integrity.

Responsibilities- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients.
- Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly.
- Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
BCBAs at Kaleidoscope ABA receive support from their Clinical Manager, including administrative support, scheduling help, and general assistance with caseload management.
Required Experience And Education- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations governing acceptable behavior interventions.
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
- Ability to meet job demands, including long periods of standing or sitting, assisting with equipment, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally; substantial time may be spent engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
