As an experienced Sonographer, you will be working in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This PRN role is based out of our Princeton Clinic.
Responsibilities- Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment.
- Provide sonogram and oral or written summary of technical findings to physician for use in medical diagnosis.
- Act to ensure the continuity of care through effective interactions with other departments.
- Monitor supply stock to ensure adequate reserve.
- Perform preventative maintenance on ultrasound and medical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and promptly report deficiencies to management.
- Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures associated with safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and company operations.
- ARDMS in OB/GYN required.
- Current Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification.
- Diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited medical sonography program.
- At least one to two years of experience in a relevant role; experience in women’s health is required; experience in fertility is strongly preferred.
- Two to three years of undergraduate education or equivalent.
- Must be willing to learn ultrasound guidance for surgical procedures.
