- Provide contract behavior consultation 3‑5 days per week to public school districts.
- Support students with autism, developmental delays, behavior and social difficulties, and educational challenges in self‑contained and general education settings.
- Deliver professional development, staff training, and modeling of strategies.
- Collect and analyze data; create and modify behavior plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and promote programming in the least restrictive environment.
- Write comprehensive reports and documentation.
- Active BCBA certification and New Jersey license as a behavior analyst (or license pending).
- Experience providing in‑person consultation and professional development within schools.
- Proficiency in completing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Plans.
- Strong skills in Excel spreadsheet creation and data analysis.
- Experience with ABLLS‑R, VB‑MAPP, and AFLS assessments.
- Excellent report‑writing skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work with colleagues and support students in various settings.
$90–$95 per hour. No benefits provided.
