Banquet Server – Responsibilities
- Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio–visual needs.
- Assist the set‑up staff in table set‑up, buffet set‑up, bar set‑up, etc.
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
- Communicate with the Kitchen to keep them updated on any changes.
