Overview Of RoleThe HR Business Partner will act as a business‑oriented solution provider and trusted partner in people, culture, and HR needs. The role involves hiring talent, employee experience, talent reviews, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
Role And Responsibilities- Translate business challenges into actionable HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment of senior‑level roles.
- Develop onboarding plans and co‑facilitate new employee programs.
- Support performance management processes.
- Partner with management to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and address critical people issues.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on policies and employment matters.
- Stay updated on employment laws and develop compliant policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Life Sciences/Pharma or Medical Devices.
- Minimum 8+ years in HR with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification preferred.
- Ability to coach employees and managers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in full‑cycle recruiting.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Willingness to work in office 3‑4 days per week.
- Strong leadership skills.
Pay range: $175,000–$200,000 annually. Compensation may include bonus, stock, benefits, and variable components.
