We are seeking an entry level Light Industrial Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our busy and growing recruitment agency in Princeton. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company, client and associate success. We are looking for a candidate who maintains a positive attitude under pressure and welcomes the challenge and responsibility of producing results quickly.

The applicant will start their journey with us at the front desk temporarily while learning the ins and outs of our specific business before taking over their recruiting desk.

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential industrial employees
• Post open positions on company websites and social media platforms
• Conduct reference and background checks on all applicable job applicants
• Communicate the duties, compensation, benefits and working conditions to all potential job applicants
• Attend job fairs to screen out potential applicants
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Conduct business to business telephone sales

• 1 year previous experience in recruiting
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
• Ability to build rapport with employees and clients
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and utilize proper time management to complete daily and weekly tasks
• Longevity; would like to grow both personally and professionally with the company
