What you’ll be working onReporting to the Director Field People Services US, the Regional People Services Manager (RPSM) is a strategic partner to the Regional Director. This role focuses on recruiting and selection, talent and performance management, training, and team member engagement to strengthen the work environment, grow organizational capability, and build the leadership bench across the geographic assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruiting and Selection: drive external pipeline of field leadership candidates; assess, place, and develop talent; ensure diverse, inclusive hiring.
- Talent & Performance Management: develop strategic road maps, build internal leadership pipelines, monitor plans and results, use data to forecast talent needs.
- Training: expand capabilities, ensure field leaders can develop talent, implement training programs, monitor progress.
- Team Member Engagement: drive staffing stability, connect results to workplace behaviors, partner with Employee Relations to address issues.
- General leadership: strengthen organizational capabilities, contribute to financial results, align actions with Savers vision and values.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in HR roles within multi-location organizations
- Proven track record delivering key HR metrics with energy and passion for the profession
Travel: 25%–50%. Domestic and international travel; personal vehicle may be required.
