People Share is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, supporting client hiring needs, and ensuring a high‑quality experience for both candidates and associates. You will play a key role in matching talented individuals with meaningful opportunities across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing candidates, and conducting new‑hire orientations.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates while posting and managing job advertisements across major job boards and digital platforms.
  • Oversee all pre‑employment and compliance processes, including applications, background checks, drug testing, I‑9s, W‑4s, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and client data within the company ATS/CRM, including payroll details, job assignments, pay rates, and time‑entry credentials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on hiring needs, candidate progress, and job searches.
  • Support temporary associates throughout assignments, including coaching, issue resolution, performance discussions, and terminations as needed.
  • Skill‑market qualified candidates to clients and local companies to support account growth and business development.
  • Participate in client site tours and daily team meetings to align on hiring strategies, role requirements, and operational priorities.
Requirements
  • Recruiting experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven or service-oriented role.
  • 3+ years of experience in an office environment.
  • Demonstrated success working with performance goals and KPIs.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word; ATS/CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
