Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Hammer Solution Engineering team to identify, capture, and document UX requirements directly from customers
- Translate customer workflows into user journeys, wireframes, and interaction models
- Develop wireframes and present them to customers for walkthroughs and validation
- Incorporate customer feedback rapidly into refined UX designs aligned with Hammer’s roadmap
- Collaborate directly with Hammer engineering and product teams to ensure UX intent is accurately implemented
- Potentially act in a Scrum Master–style role for UX-related work streams, helping manage UX backlogs and sprint alignment
- Drive consistency and usability across Hammer modules while supporting rapid iteration
- UX for network performance monitoring, service assurance, and operational analytics
- Data-heavy dashboards, alerts, and workflows used by network and operations teams
- Simplifying real-time and historical network data into actionable insights
- Modernizing existing Hammer UX into more intuitive, role-based, and cloud-friendly experiences
- 7+ years of experience in UX, UX-focused Product Management, or Product roles with strong UX ownership
- Strong ability to engage directly with customers and translate feedback into UX artifacts
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, flows, and UX documentation
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Comfortable operating in a highly technical, data-driven product context
- US-based with excellent communication skills
- Experience in networking, telecom, infrastructure, or observability platforms
- Prior exposure to network performance or service assurance products
- Experience supporting Solution Engineering or customer-facing UX validation
- Ability to balance UX design, product thinking, and delivery execution
