Key Responsibilities- Serve as SME for SharePoint Online, One Drive, and Microsoft Teams within Microsoft 365.
- Design, implement, and optimize governance models, lifecycle management processes, and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Administer AvePoint Cloud Governance, including policy enforcement, automation, and reporting.
- Identify and deliver process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service efficiency.
- Lead data migration and modernization projects using Share Gate, AvePoint, and native Microsoft migration utilities.
- Remediate and retire Info Path solutions, migrating forms/workflows into Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts and low-code solutions for automation and governance workflows.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Business Partners to align solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and lead incident/problem management activities.
- Support AI-driven capabilities and next-generation automation within Microsoft 365.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration and governance.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AvePoint Cloud Governance tools.
- Experience with Share Gate or equivalent migration tools.
- Proven record of implementing governance frameworks and process improvements.
- Strong Power Shell scripting and automation skills.
- Familiarity with retention/sensitivity labels and lifecycle management policies.
- Experience leading enterprise-level SharePoint migrations and governance programs.
- Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
- AvePoint Certified Administrator (if available)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Demonstrated change management mindset to drive adoption of governance and compliance best practices.
The starting compensation range is listed for full-time employment. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. The final compensation will be based on demonstrated experience. Benefits include Health Coverage, Wellbeing Programs, Financial Well-being, 401(k), disability and life insurance, and more.
