You might really grab our attention if you can:

• 12 – 15 years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in a digital products and platform solution/architectural or leadership position.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
• Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and No
  
  SQL databases.
• Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Experience in setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities.
• Knowledge of legal and arbitration workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals.
